Byndoor, 10 June: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay is scheduled to visit Byndoor taluk on June 12 as part of his visit to the renowned Sri Mookambika Temple at Kollur.

According to the proposed schedule, Vijay will arrive at Mangaluru International Airport by a special flight at 12.30 pm and travel by road to Kollur, where he will offer special prayers at the temple.

The visit has generated considerable interest among fans and supporters in the region, with authorities expecting people to gather at various points in Byndoor taluk to catch a glimpse of the actor-turned-politician.

In view of the visit, the Tamil Nadu CID Security Division has requested the Karnataka Police to make elaborate security arrangements. Vijay is provided with Z+ category security cover.

Police and district authorities are preparing extensive security measures, including traffic regulation and crowd management, to ensure the smooth movement of the Chief Minister's convoy. Additional personnel are expected to be deployed along the route leading to Kollur and around the temple premises.

Since the approach road to Kollur passes through forest stretches of the Mookambika Wildlife Sanctuary and the Souparnika river region, forest department officials have also been asked to coordinate with the police and monitor the route during the visit.

After offering prayers at the temple, Vijay is expected to return to Mangaluru by road and depart for Chennai on a special flight later in the afternoon.
