Syed Imran Lanka re-elected convenor of Tanzeem's Political Committee

Bhatkal, July 07:(Bhatkallys News Bureau)  Advocate Syed Imran Lanka has been re-elected as the convenor of the Political Committee of Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem, one of Bhatkal's oldest and most prominent socio-political organisations, which recently celebrated its centenary.

He secured the post during the internal election of the organisation's newly constituted executive committee, defeating former General Secretary Altaf Kharuri by a comfortable margin.

Lanka has been serving as the Political Committee convenor for the past three years.

Following the announcement of the results, Tanzeem President Inayatullah Shabandri, General Secretary Maulana Azizur Rahman Nadvi, along with other office-bearers and well-wishers, congratulated Syed Imran Lanka on his re-election.
