SIT seizes two bikes used in Gauri Lankesh's murder

Bengaluru: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) which is probing the murder of journalist and activist Gauri Lankesh has inched further by seizing two bikes used by the culprits to execute the murder plan. The bikes were seized on Wednesday from a house in Kunigal by a police team led by CPI Raju. "One of the accused HL Suresh had revealed the details about these two bikes. There is no clarity whether the Pulsar bike that was used by the shooters were also seized," said sources. The police team visited the house of Suresh, a resident of Herur village of Kunigal taluk. According to the sources, the police also inquired the relatives and friends of Suresh about his activities in the past. Presently Suresh is in the custody of the SIT. Source: News Karnataka
