JEDDAH: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah has strongly condemned the Taleban terrorist attack on an army-run school in Pakistan that killed 148 people including 132 children.
“We have heard about the news of this terrorist attack with profound pain and grief,” said King Abdullah in a message to Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain.
Crown Prince Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, also sent a similar message to the president.
Both King Abdullah and Prince Salman conveyed their condolences to the president and the relatives of victims on behalf of the Saudi government and people over the deaths caused by the terrorist attack.
A brigadier who survived the massacre told the CNN: “We tried to run. I was shot in my shoulder. The attackers had no sense of humanity. They killed little children. Muslims would not do this.”
