Sameer Siddi Bapa charred to death in terrifying car accident near Jubail

JUBAIL - In a horrific road accident that sent shockwaves to Bhatkally community in the eastern province, Sameer Siddi Bapa (23) son of Aslam Siddi Bapa was charred to death and and his colleague Mr. Nisar Ahmed from Mangalore seriously injured after a Corolla car in which they were travelling crashed into an electric pole and burst into flames near Naval Base in Jubail City of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday evening at around 5.30 P.M.

Nisar Ahmed who was driving the car, thrown out due to the intensity of crash but Sameer who got seriously injured remained trapped inside the burning car.

Mr. Ilyas Siddi Bapa, a relative of the deceased informed Bhatkallys that he had passed the scene of accident during the time of accident and had captured the video of burning vehicle without realising that it was sameer's body. Both Nisar and Sameer were working for a computer firm called Planet in Dammam and they were heading towards Dammam after finishing their work in Jubail. Sources say that vehicle was travelling at a very high speed and may have lost control due to the over speed. Injured Nisar was admitted in Central Hospital Dammam while the dead body of Sameer has beens kept in Jubail General Hospital. BMJ Eastern Province and Bhatkal community elders are making efforts to clear all the formalities to arrange the funeral at the earliest.
