Polling in fifth and final phase begins in Jharkhand, J&K

Voting began Saturday in the fifth and final phase of the assembly elections in Jharkhand and J&K, officials said.
Sixteen of the 81 assembly constituencies will vote in this phase. Votes will be counted Dec 23.
As many as 213 candidates will be battling it out for 20 legislative asembly seats in the final phase of elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
