Man falls to death from roof of his house in Gorte

Febuary 09, 2016 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A 36-year-old man died after falling from the roof of his house while trying to fix electrical connections of his house in Gorte. Keshaw Nagappa Moger climbed atop roof of his house to fix up electrical connections, when he accidentally slipped and fell on the ground. As a consequence, he sustained injuries to his head and legs. He was shifted to hospital in an auto-rickshaw due to delay in arrival of state-run ambulance but he succumbed to his injuries. Locals have alleged lapse on the part of authorities handling the ambulance services and have requested action against them. - ARF
