iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c in UAE: Trade old iPhone, get latest Apple release for just Dh199 per month

Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) will launch the much-awaited iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C for customers on 3 November, 2013, at all Etisalat outlets and some selected business centres in the UAE, the national telecom operator has announced. Thanks to a trade-in option, Etisalat customers can trade their old iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S devices for discounted rates ranging from Dh600 to 1,150 for the new devices. They can also avail of a money-back on the purchase of the new iPhone if they trade in their old phones later. Business centres, including the Main Business Centre and Al Ain Business Centre (Abu Dhabi region); Deira and Al Wasel Business Centres (Dubai); Musharif Business Centre in Ajman, Fujairah Business Centre, Ras Al Khaimah Business Centre and Manak Business Centre (all in the northern regions), will open late on Saturday evening for this launch, said Etisalat in a press release. Costs Device prices for the iPhone 5s, the most forward-thinking smartphone in the world, are Dh2,749 (16GB), Dh3,149 (32GB) and Dh3,549 (64GB), respectively. The iPhone 5c, the most colorful iPhone yet, is available for Dh2,349 (16GB) and Dh2,749 (32GB). Etisalat is also providing free iPhone 5C and 5S devices on contract and with attractive plans, with low monthly rentals which offer great value for money. "Enabling immediate access to the latest technology and advanced products to our subscribers in the UAE is part of our customer-driven business strategy," said Khaled El Khouly, Chief Marketing Officer, Etisalat, UAE. Customers can get devices free with contracts at monthly rentals starting as low as Dh199. At half the normal monthly rental, postpaid subscribers can sign up for a 10GB contract-free data capacity plan at Dh225 per month. Etisalat prepaid Wasel customers will enjoy 1GB free data for the first three months. After that, they will pay a monthly rental as low as Dh99 for the allowance. Besides availing of a free SIM card replacement for their new iPhones, customers can choose and shift between local and international bonus minutes on their package.
