IAUHS and ABHS schools hold their annual function

Jan 14, 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Islamia Anglo Urdu High school and Anjuman Boys High school Bhatkal held their annual function on Wednesday after Asr prayers at Anjuman ground. Addressing the audience as the cheif guest, Board of Islamic Karnataka’s Vice Presdient, Tanveer Ahmed said, "Students should pursue only those fields where they have keen interest and set their aims and ambitions accordingly". On this occasion he also advised students to lead life with five core principles: make a firm decision on any point, completely focus on it, persevere on it, make optimum use of their skills and abilities, and cooperate in all matters. Expressing his thoughts, another guest Ashfaq Ahmed Siddiqui said, “Islam has laid great importance to education and the proof of it is the first ayat revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).” On this occasion, apart from other awards, Syed Abdullaah Mohammed Maliki was honored with “Waqare Islamia” award and Mohammed Saaqib Armar was honored with “Waqare Anjuman” award. - ARF
