Mohammad Hafeez, the Pakistan allrounder, has been reported for a suspect bowling action. Hafeez's bowling action came under question during the third One-Day International against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi. Hafeez had already been reported twice for illegal bowling action and was suspended from bowling both times. Having undergone corrective measures at the National Cricket Centre in Brisbane, Hafeez was cleared to bowl again in November 2017. Hafeez will now be required to submit an independent analysis of his bowling action within 14 days. He will be allowed to bowl in international cricket until the results of the tests are out. "The match officials' report, which was handed over to the Pakistan team management, cited concerns about the legality of the 37-year-old's bowling action," the ICC said in a statement.
