"For Qurbani, expensive animal is not obligatory"; Moulana Ansar Madani

Bhatkal - "Qurbani is a supreme sacrifice performed by Allah's Messenger Hazrath Ibrahim (AS) & Sunnah of Hazrath Muhammad (PBUH), so everyone who is capable of performing this sunnah should do this. For this purpose expensive and big animal is not necessary, it can be done with average animal." This was expressed by Moulana Ansar Madani, President Bhatkal Youth Federation. He was addressing the gathering at a function organized by Bhatkal Youth Federation and Tableegh Division of Mohkama Sharia on the topic "Qurbani" at Masjid Tuba, Azadnagar. He also shed light on various aspects of Qurbani.

On this occasion other important guests Moulana Ilyas Jakti Nadvi and Inayatullah Shabandri have also interacted with the audience and gave useful tips and advise regarding Qurbani.

The program was started at 8:30 pm soon after Isha prayers with the recitation of holy Quran. Moulvi Abdul Haseeb Manna anchored the program while Moulvi Abdul Raqeeb MJ proposed the vote of thanks. The program was concluded at around 10:00 pm with the dua of Moulana Khaleelur Rahman Muniri.
