Electric bus service between Goa and Karwar

Karwar: 27 March 2021 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) The Kadamba Transport Corporation of the Goa government has launched a charging battery-powered eco-friendly electric bus service between Goa and Karwar district, which will run from Karwar to Madgaon and Madgaon to Karwar. The bus, aside from the driver, has a seating capacity of 48 passengers, according to the details. The bus is fully air-conditioned and fitted with an automated system and CCTV cameras in the front and back.
This bus is unique in that it provides disabled passengers with wheelchair access. These buses were designed with cutting-edge technology and include features such as GPS, anti-lock brakes, an emergency service button, and a USB port.
It can run for 200 to 250 kilometers after being charged for four hours.
