NEW DELHI: Even as central investigators visited the bomb blast site in Bengaluru, probe has been expanded to several cities in search of possible leads into the Sunday attack in IT city. Some sources said there is indication that the dampness caused by the rain may have contributed to reduction in the intensity of the blast. However, some other sources said it may well be a very low intensity bomb that was not really meant to kill people but to create maximum panic. The bomb was wrapped in a local newspaper of Sunday, and it contained a water pipe with grooves stuffed with nails and explosives. Sources said probe is underway in multiple cities for possible clues into Sunday's blast. They said in cities such as Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad there are many leads being probed. -TOI
