BJP ropes in Gujrat MP to look after four Uttara Kannada constituencies including Bhatkal during assembly elections

Bhatkal 28 April 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) As a part of booth management strategy of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) during Karnataka assembly elections, the party has roped in BJP Gujrat MP Chauhan Devusinh to look after four constituencies of Uttara Kannada district including Bhatkal.
Chauhan will also supervise party strategies and their execution at Yellapur, Sirsi and Kumta and will play the role of booth manager and coordinator of party workers.
In this connection Chauhan on Friday visited Bhatkal and took stock of party's preparation for the elections. He later along with BJP party candidate from Bhatkal-Honnavar constituency addressed a press conference and said "BJP's win in Bhatkal during this election is definite".
Chauhan further added that the BJP in 2014 won the general elections because people opted for a change from 'Leaderless' Congress government. He added "Youth in Bhatkal is also looking for a change this time and they are resting their hopes on BJP and Sunil Naik, and are hoping for 'transparent' governance led by PM Modi in India, to be established here as well".
Chauhan later spoke about several new schemes and programs introduced by the Modi government and successfully implemented it, he also termed demonetization as 'Bold and Courageous decision' and said it was in the interest of the nation and citizen.
He also slammed Congress of playing communal politics and said the Lingayat card is also a part of the party's vote bank politics.
Chauhan questioned "Let the people know, when Rahul stayed in Murdeshwar, why didn't he visit the Murdeshwar temple when during Gujrat elections he visited almost every temple in the state, so why not in Murdeshwar?"
Speaking at the press conference Sunil Naik said "We are prepared for the elections according to the party's strategy and we are hoping to swipe the elections comprehensively here with the support of locals".
