The images, which were developed by matching CCTV footage with eyewitness accounts, have given police enough leads to launch a massive manhunt. It shows a a lean middle-aged man (34-38 years of age) riding a motorcycle that witnesses said was a Bajaj Pulsar. He wore a formal shirt with full sleeves, an identity card, and a band on his right wrist. Since his helmet did not have a visor, police were able to catch a glimpse of his face. Meanwhile, a team been also following leads on the make and sale of the attacker's motorcycle. Gauri Lankesh was murdered on September 5 at her Bengaluru residence.
