Bahujan Kranti Morcha in Bhatkal blames EVM machines for current political scenario of the country

Bhatkal 3 February 2020: Bahujan Kranti Morcha, organised a ‘Praivartan Yatra’ program against CAA, NRC, here at the ground near Vaibhav Hotel of Bhatkal on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, Vaman Meshram, national President of Bahujan Kranti Morcha said, "The EVM machine restricts transparency in an election which this is greater threat to world's largest democracy. The defect of EVM machine began back in 2004. It was brought into notice of Supreme Court by BJP's Subramanya Swami, yet the congress misused them. However, in 2014 the BJP used the same tactics to win the election. The congress spoke and raised issue about Rafael deal and completely ignored to raise the matter on EVM machine" he added. "EVM is the main reason behind the scenario of CAA, NRC. As the new bill divides Hindus and Muslims, the political parties wants to create vote banks using the technique by dividing the people." He said. Abdul Hameed Hazari, Nisha Vaman Meshram, Sudhakar Jogolekar, and others also addressed during the gathering. Tanzeem President SM Syed Parvez, Inayatulla Shabandari, BMYF President Imtiyaz Udyavar, and others were present on the stage during the program.
