Al Nawayath Abu Dhabi celebrates 50 years with global essay and elocution competition for Bhatkally people

Bhatkal: 2 February,2024 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) In honor of the 50th-anniversary celebrations of Al Nawayath Abu Dhabi, an Essay Writing and Elocution by Video Clip competition has been announced for Bhatkallys worldwide.

 The competition, available in English and Urdu/Nawayathi languages, seeks to highlight the rich Nawayathi legacy, and promoting collective efforts for social welfare. 

The theme, "Preserving Our Roots - Cultivating Our Destiny," an official statement said, underscores the importance of maintaining cultural roots while actively contributing to a shared destiny.

The competitions serve a dual purpose, according to a press release issued by the organisers, firstly, to recognize and celebrate the cherished Nawayath heritage, with a particular emphasis on the Jamathi Nizam; and secondly, to formulate a practical plan for preserving and passing on the legacy of Jamathi Nizam to future generations.

**Essay Competition and Elocution by Video Clip Rules:**

1. Essays should not exceed 400 words.
2. Open to all ages and genders.
3. Essays must be typed and submitted in PDF format. Selected essays will be featured in the 50 years souvenir.
4. Video clips are limited to 3 minutes.
5. Open to Bhatkallys under 15.
6. Appropriate attire is required for the video.
7. Selected video clips may be showcased at the 50th-anniversary event.

**General Terms & Conditions:**

1. Submission is open now and extended until February 15, 2024.
2. Email entries to with participant details (Full Name, Address, Contact No.).
3. Original and relevant content is mandatory for the competition.
4. Judges' decisions are final, with no appeals allowed.
5. Winners will be announced at Abu Dhabi's 50th-anniversary celebration event. Event Date & Venue will be announced soon.
