AITM students excel at VTU inter-college athletic meet

March 28, 2016 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: In a moment of pride for the Bhatkalis, two students from Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) bagged 2nd and 3rd positions in hammer-throw competition at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) inter-college athletic meet held in Bengaluru. Sufiyan Akrani who hails from Bhatkal bagged the first position in hammer-throw competition but he represented Bangalore Engineering college while AITM students - Mohammed Ayyad Kashimji and Syed Usaid SM - bagged second and third positions respectively. Visvesvaraya Technological University is a collegiate public state university in Belgaum, Karnataka State, India. - ARF
