Aftab Kola elected new president of Indian Nawayath Forum for 2025-2028 term

Mangalore: The Indian Nawayath Forum (INF) has announced its new office bearers for the term 2025-2028. Aftab Kola has been appointed as the President, while Hashim Mohtesham (Barni) and Fayyaz Mohtesham will serve as the first and second Vice Presidents, respectively. Adil Nagarmat has been named the General Secretary, with Gufran Lanka taking on the role of Secretary. Ummer Khalifa will serve as the Treasurer, and Faizan Lanka has been appointed as the Internal Auditor.  

The Indian Nawayath Forum is a socio-cultural organization dedicated to the welfare and progress of the Nawayath community, a distinct linguistic and cultural group primarily residing in coastal Karnataka. The forum actively works towards educational empowerment, social development, and community welfare initiatives.  

The newly appointed leadership has expressed their commitment to strengthening the organization’s mission and addressing key concerns of the community.
