A labourer died in a fatal road accident in Bhatkal

Bhatkal - In a fatal road accident on N.H. 17 near Venkatapur, a labourer was killed when he came under rear wheels of a lorry. The deceased has been identified as Narayana Masti Gonda (50) of Tengingundi. According to the sources, while walking beside the road, he accidentally slipped and came under rear wheel of a lorry which was passing close to him. The impact of the accident was so severe that his head was completely crushed and he was died on the spot. Bhatkal CPI Guru Mathur along with his team reached the accident site and sent the dead body to Govt Hospital for post-mortem.
