Woman killed in a road mishap in Kumta

Kumta 19 April 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Sukhanya Bhat, (40) was killed on the spot when her scooty collided with a truck on Hegde road in Kumta on Wednesday morning. Sukhanya, a resident of Honnavar was riding her scooty when a truck coming from the opposition direction collided with her bike, resulting in her death on the spot. Her body was shifted to Kumta Government Hospital for post-mortem and was later handed over to the family. A case has been registered in Kumta Police Station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
