Weather forecast predicts rain to continue battering Bhatkal Taluka for few more days

Bhatkal 1 September 2019: As the rain has been battering across the taluka for the past few days, the normal life in Bhatkal remained affected across the Bhatkal Taluk.
Due to heavy rain on Sunday, several people including the weekly market vendors/shopkeepers, bikers, pedestrians and others faced problems to carry out their activities.
On Saturday Chief Minister BS Yeddurappa skipped the visit to Uttara Kannada due to bad weather condition and turned his helicopter towards Haveri from Shivamogga.
However, a total of 4062.00 mm rainfall has been recorded in Bhatkal Town and it is expected that the rain would continue for few more days in the Taluka.
