Wearing Hijab not essential religious practices: Karnataka HC pronounces judgement in Hijab hearing

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday pronounced the judgement in the judge hearing and said wearing the Hijab is not an essential religious practice in Islam.
CJ Ritu Raj Awasthi pronounced the judgement.
No case is made out for invalidating the Government Order of February, it further added.
