We will highlight Modi govt’s failure: HD Deve Gowda

JD(S) Supremo HD Deve Gowda on Thursday said that Janata Parivar will not destabilize the BJP govt in Centre but will highlight its failure in delivering election promises. Deve Gowda claimed that even a year after Narendra Modi came to power, poor are still suffering from malnutrition and farmer are committing suicide. “We will take-up the matter both inside and outside the parliament and highlight BJP’s failure to fulfill the promises made during election campaign,” Gowda said. Attributing BJP’s runaway victory in the 2014 Lok Sabha election to leadership failure in UPA’s coalition government, Deve Gowda asserted that Janata-Parivar will form a credible front. “It is the failure of the Congress – 2G scam and Coal-gate that helped BJP emerge as the single largest party in the last Lok Sabha election. In addition to that several regional parties had associated with Modi’s leadership.” he said.
