Vartha Bharati App for Android mobile devices to be launched on Jan 7

Bhatkallys News | 3 January 2016 MANGALORE, January 3: Vartha Bharati, one of the  leading Kannada dailies in the region, is gearing up to get into mobile App mode.  Keeping pace with the trend, the newspaper  will launch Vartha Bharati App for Android mobile devices on the Google Play Store on January 7. Disclosing this to bhatkallys.com, Abdussalam Puthige, editor of Vartha Bharati, said, ".  It is time we need to  embrace  digital technologies so that we can  deliver content in latest formats for the new generation audiences. Syed Abdul Kader Bashu, chairman, Green Valley National School & PU College, Shiruru, will launch the App while  S. M. Syed Khalilurrahman, chairman, Madhyama Communications Ltd., Mangalore  will preside over the launch ceremony.  The invitational event will also be graced by Bhushan Gulabrao Borase (IPS), Superintendent of Police, Dakshina Kannada; K. C. Naik, founder and managing Director, Mahabaleshwara Promoters & Developers,  Mangalore;   William D’Souza, chairman, Globe Travels, Mangalore; and, H. M.
