?Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, business applications, and assist users in maximizing use of computing systems.
?Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
?Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
?Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
?Other duties as assigned.
?Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.



Skills


1. A suitable qualification in the appropriate software/administration discipline.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
