UP: Security to be tightened at Hindu religious places

New Delhi: As per an input of intelligence, some anti-nationals are carrying out a propaganda of attacking Hindu religious places in Uttar Pradesh. The Police have backed up with rigid security at the attack prone sights. According to a report published by HT, the attackers will be dressed in saffron colour. Madhya Pradesh police have informed that they are planning to attack by mingling into the casual crowd. Pakistan’s Intelligence service has provided training to 17-18 people for carrying out a grouped strike, MP police have added. “A group of 17-18 men, trained in Hindu rituals, is planning a spectacular attack at important religious sites and other sensitive spots in the semblance of sadhus,” the letter issued by the director general of MP police stated. UP Director General of police, Sulkhan Singh has assuringly said that they are ready to pounce back any such elements with their full strength. However, he did not comment any further about the scenario. The security forces have been alerted in crowded and sensitive places like Ayodhya and Mathura. Whereas, the places such as Taj Mahal and the assembly secretariat have also been deployed. In addition to this, two suspects: Ahtesham-ul-Haque and Mohammad Faizan from UP have been arrested with the permission of Lucknow court for eight days.
