Unmarried woman commits suicide in Bhatkal

Bhatkal - 05 Nov 2011: An unmarried women committed suicide by jumping into the well here at VV road coming under Bhatkal town police station limits. The deceased has been identified as Revati (25), a tailoring teacher. Her dead body was recovered today morning 10:00 am from her neighbour's well. She was reportedly missing from her house since Thursday evening.

According to the sources, she was upset over her family members who allegedly scolded her on Thursday. A case has been registered at Bhatkal town police station and the investigations are on.
