Unknown miscreants attack social worker Top Nisar

27 Oct 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: In a yet another disturbing incident, unknown miscreants attacked Bhatkal's famous social worker Nisar Ruknuddin today at around 4 pm and also vandalised his office located in TMC building (Bhatkal Town Municipality) near Old Bus Stand. As a result, he suffered grave injuries to his head and his face. Considering the severity of the attack, he was taken to the government hospital in Bhatkal in police van itself. He is now being taken to Kundapur for further treatment. The exact reason for the attack is not yet known but the police is investigating the case and trying to get some clue on it.
