Unknown dead body recovered from Hurmudi beach

Bhatkal - 12 Sep 2012: An unknown dead body was recovered from Hurmudi beach near Nastar yesterday. Preliminary investigation shows the man is aged between 30-35 years wearing mud coloured shirt and pant. The body was in a partially decomposed state and was brought to hospital with the help of social worker Mr Nisar Rukniddin and local residents. After conducting its postmortem, the body iskept at Bhatkal Govt Hospital's mortuary for identification.

A case has been registered at Bhatkal rural police station and the investigation is going on.
