Udupi: Special Court issues arrest warrant against DC Prinyanka Mary

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Wafa Kifa Udupi: An arrest warrant has been issued against Udupi DC Priyanka Mary Francis by the Special Court in Bengaluru which deals with land encroachment cases. It is said that the arrest was done for the failure to furnish a report to the court with regards to clearing the encroachment of government lands including lakes. It is gathered through Udupi SP Lakshman B Nimbaragi that the warrant was issued to DC through Manipal Police and that the DC has to furnish a bond of Rs 10,000 and need to be appear before the court.
