Udupi: Muslim Activist Shoukath Hussain Asadi passes away

Bhatkallys News Service Udupi Feb 13 2017: Muslim community activist and social worker from Udupi, Shoukath Hussain Asadi, passed away today morning due to severe Cardiac arrest. He was 63. Mr. Asadi was the Gen. Secy of Hashimi Masjid Udupi, lifetime member of Muslim Welfare Association, and a member of Jamat-e-Islami Hind Udupi Unit. He left behind 3 daughters and wife. Jamat-e-Islami Hind Udupi unit, Muslim welfare Association President K. Abdul Gafoor and Udupi Hashimi Masjid Management Committee and Jamat have expressed condolences. Source: Coastal Digest
