Udupi MLA Pramod Madhwaraj is the best MLA of Karnataka; Survey

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Wafa Kifa Udupi 07 March 2018: Udupi MLA Pramod Madhwaraj has topped the survey for the Karnataka's best legislator with a score of 9.1 out of 10 in a survey conducted by DAKSH, a civil society research organisation. The survey was conducted with the help of feedback from 13,200 respondents. As per the survey, all the MLA's in top-5 were that of ruling congress party. Madhwaraj stands top followed by another MLA from Udupi, K Gopal Poojary who represents Byndoor. Umashree, Minister for Women and Child Development representing Terdal is ranked Third. Simultaneously Vinay Kulkarni representing Dharwad stands fourth and C S Shivalli, MLA of Kundagol stood fifth.  the survey ranked chief minister Siddaramaiah, who represents Varuna constituency, at 117 with a score of 7 on a scale of 10. The primary aim of the survey was to detect the effectiveness of elected representative in terms of meeting the expectations of people, DAKSH spokesman told the media.
