Udupi Minister Pramod Madhawraj slaps notice of defamation case of Rs. 10 Crore to TJ Abraha

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Wafa Kifa Udupi 23 March 2018: Udupi District incharge minister Pramod Madhawraj has issued a notice to T J Abraham for making derogatory remarks on him about defrauding a bank of Rs 193 Crore, the minister informed media persons on Thursday. T J Abraham had recently alleged that minister had defrauded a bank of Rs 193 Crore. Madwaraj clarified saying that he took a loan from bank but under rules and regulations of bank and the amount certainly do not sum upto Rs 193 Crore. Madhwaraj has warned Abraham to seek apology in public for such his comments and said that he will file a case against Abraham of Rs 10 Crore in damages. He further reminded that Abraham has only 3 days left to respond to it.
