کانگریس کے ترجمان رندیپ سورجے والا نے کہا کہ بابری مسجد انہدام کے ملزمین کو رہا کرنے کا فیصلہ سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے اور آئین کے منافی ہے، سپریم کورٹ کی 5 رکنی بنچ نے مسجد انہدام کو غیر قانونی قرار دیا تھا۔
