Two youth from Bhatkal  arrested for selling Marijuana illegally

Karwar8 February 2021 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Honnavara Police arrested two individuals and seized 500 grams of Marijuana worth 10,000 rupees. The accused have been identified as Abrar Ibrahim Sheikh,26, and Sameer Mohammed Alisab,23. Both accused have been booked under NDPS Act 1985. Police seized around 30 packets of Marijuana worth 500 grams which is approximated around 10,000 rupees and a motorcycle worth 25000 rupees, a weaving machine, a mobile phone, and cash money of around 1400 rupees. The accused Abrar Ibrahim Sheikh is the residence of Madeena Colony Bhatkal and is an Autorickshaw driver by profession. Meanwhile, Sameer Mohammed Alisab is a residence of Tonka, Kasaragod but currently resides in Hanuman Nagar Bhatkal and is a videographer by profession. Both were presented in the court and were shifted to the Karwar District prison.
