Two UAE soldiers martyred in line of duty in Yemen

The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces on Monday announced the martyrdom of Second Lieutenant Pilot Sultan Mohammad Ali Al Naqbi after his aircraft crashed due to a technical fault while performing his duty as part of the Saudi-led Arab coalition’s Operation Restoring Hope in support of Yemen’s legitimate government. The General Command also announced the martyrdom of First Sergeant Nasser Garib Al Mazroui, who succumbed to previous injuries he sustained during his participation in the Arab coalition’s operation in Yemen. The General Command extended its heartfelt condolences to the martyrs’ families, praying to Allah Almighty to rest their souls in Paradise. Body arrived The body of Emirati martyr Nasser Ghareeb Al Mazroui arrived on board a military plane of the UAE Air Force and Air Defence at the Al Bateen Airport in Abu Dhabi on Monday, where a special military ceremony held to mark the return of the martyr's body.
