Two dies in road accident near Muttalli bypass

Bhatkal - 25 Oct 2011: In a head-on collision between a Truck and Tata Ace that occured around 5:00 am on October 25 near Muttalli Bypass here, two people from Moodbidri travelling in a Tata Ace were reportedly killed on the spot.

The deceased have been identified as Suresh Poojrai (28) and Sadanand Poojari (31) from Moodbidri.

The Tata Ace was plying from Moodbidri to Sirsi.

A police team immediately rushed to the spot and shifted the dead bodies to Bhatkal Govt Hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered in Bhatkal Town Police Station.
