Speaking on the occasion, Hande urged the youth to keep themselves busy with work so that they do not get deviated towards unwanted activities. Rest 90 per cent should be put in by the youngsters. Picking out odds and filling oneself with negativities will only disturb the positive mindset of an individual,” he asserted. Dakshina Kannada district In-Charge Minister B Ramanath Rai in his presidential address said that the government would soon allot land in the district for small-scale industries.
