TT Championship held at Anjuman College

Bhatkal – Anjuman Degree College recently hosted Dharwad University 3rd Zonal and Inter-zonal Table Tennis Championships here at Anjuman College ground, Bhatkal. In Boy’s section, Dandeli Bangur Nagar’s Arts Science & Commerce College won the zonal championship defeating host Anjuman while in the girl’s section, MES College Sirsi emerged victorious defeating Jain College Hubli. In inter-zonal championship, host Anjuman Degree College & PG Center defeated Bangur Nagar College Dandeli to clinch men’s championship while the MES College Sirsi won women’s championship by defeating SDM Honnavar in the finals. Total 18 teams participated in this championship. On this occasion Anjuman Vice-president I Mr Kasimji Ansar, Anjuman PU College Pricipal Prof Riyaz Jagirdar, Anjuman GS Mr Abdul Rahim Jukaku, College Board Secreatary Mr Javed Armar, Prof MM Jamadar, Mr Kalimullah were among the others who were present at the award ceremony.
