'Those who attacked doctors are being rewarded with cabinet ministry' CPI (M) leader Shri Ra Reddy in Bhatkal

Bhatkallys News Bureau Bhatkal Oct 12 2017: Taking a dig it Anant Kumar Hegde, former MLA and CPI (M) leader Shri Ram Reddy said, people who attack doctors are being rewarded with cabinet ministry. He was speaking at the Souharda Karnataka Samavesha at the Urban Bank hall in Bhatkal on Wednesday. He then targeted the RSS and termed it to be Rashtriya Sarvanash Saang, and blamed them of murdering their own cadres to instill communal tensions between the communities and to brainwash their people against minorities of the country. He also added how it is high time for secular people to speak up their minds in public to overcome the scenario and how silence of secular people can harm the nation as a whole. Comparing the current BJP government to that of Hitler’s Fascism Government, he added “barring citizen from speaking against the government was the attribute of Hitler’s government and that is exactly what is happening in India” hinting towards the recent incident protests against popular film star Prakash Raj after he spoke against the prime minister Narendra Modi in public. He also blamed the government of interfering in the basic and fundamental rights of the citizens. Prominent Journalist M R Manvi, Shiral Janta Vidyalaya Principal A B Ram, Inayathullah Shabandri and others too addressed the event which was presided over by Shantaram Nayak.
