Thieves strike again in Bhatkal; Gold worth 22 lakh along with cash robbed from locked house

Bhatkal 22 May 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Another theft case was reported in Bhatkal on 20th May, wherein burglars made away with gold worth over 22 lakh rupees along with cash from a locked house near Siddiqui Masjid at Qidwai road here in Bhatkal. According to reports the family was out to Kolkata on vacations when the incident took place, upon their return they found their doors to be broke open and upon inspection the incident was reported. All the cupboards were broke into and stored gold were missing.   A case has been registered at Bhatkal Police Station and further investigations are underway.
