Theft attempt at Masjid Khadeejatul Kubra foiled

September 30, 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Alert locals foiled a bid to steal money from Masjid Khadeejatul Kubra's donation box Wednesday morning at around 7.30 am, a source informed. The locals who heard sounds from the masjid rushed to the spot, but the thief, sensing that people from neighbourhood are approaching, fled from the masjid. Another incident of theft was also reported from Saeed Damudi's house located at 1st Cross Bunder Road. The Bhatkal police have registered a case and are further probing the case. -ARF
