Sudarshan Moodbidri is new Dakshina Kannada BJP President

Mangaluru: Sudarshan Moodbidri has been elected as the new President of Dakshina Kannada district BJP. It is learnt that he has been elected unanimously in the elections held at the BJP District Office on Sunday. Sudarshan had earlier served as District General Secretary of the party. Puttur MLA Sanjeev Matandoor, who was BJP's District President had completed his term in the office in September 2019. Following this, the election was scheduled today. BJP state Vice President Nirmal Kumar Suvarna observed the election process.
