Student thrashed at HPS Govt School, Herur

Bhatkal – A student identified as Ravichandra Mangla Gonda studying in 8th class was brutally beaten-up by the member of School Board here at HPS Govt School, Herur. As a result of this, he received head injuries and taken to Bhatkal Govt Hospital for treatment. According to the sources, School Head Master was on leave and the members of School Board were on a surprise inspection when they saw student doing mischief in the class-room and thrashed him. On hearing the news, Bhatkal BEO Mr Devidas Moger visited the Hospital and assured strict action against the culprit.
