Student dies of Heart Attack at Bhatkal Railway Station

Bhatkal 03 March 2018: A medical student travelling on a reserved Coach of Mangala Express died after suffering a cardiac arrest when the train stopped at Bhatkal railway station here on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Krishna Kumar, a resident of Jhansi of Uttar Pradesh who was studying Medical science at Manipal.

When Krishna was on his way from Uttar Pradesh to Manipal on the train, suddenly he collapsed on the train. As the train was at Bhatkal Railway station he was soon rushed to Taluka Government Hospital of Bhatkal where he was declared brought dead.

A case has been Registered at Konkan railway Police station.
