Bhatkal 26 March 2020: The growing number of Corona Virus cases in Bhatkal Taluka has led the district Administration to impose strict lock down across the Taluka after the fourth case of Corona Virus was reported on Thursday evening.
According to latest order issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Bhatkal Subdivision, all the shops including essentials like vegetables fruits and also the medical shops will remain closed on Friday while the weekly prayers has also been suspended in all the mosques across the taluka.
The Assistant Commissioner Bharat added that no events, social gatherings, mass prayers will be allowed from Friday to curb the spread of Corona virus in the town.
He further added that the medicines that are to be dilevered for the emergencies will be supplied by the Taluka administration, and that people can contact the authorites for its dilivery.
