Strict steps are taken against those who do not wear masks in Bhatkal to prevent corona; fined with Covid test

Bhatkal: 1 February 2021 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Since the news of Covid-19 came to light from different places in the State, the State government has become more alert in this regard and an order has been given by the government to take more precautionary steps to avoid it. In this respect, in Bhatkal today, Municipal Corporation and JaliPattan Panchayat jointly took action against those who did not wear masks in front of the Old Bus Stand Municipal Building and were also subjected to a Covid test after imposing fines on them. Jali Pattan Panchayat Chief Officer Ajay Bhandarkar, Taluka Medical Chief Dr. Murti Raj Bhatt, Bhatkal Medical Officer Dr. Swetha Kamath, Municipal Health Inspector Sujia  Soman, and other staff and police staff were also present at the spot.
