Strict lockdown in Uttara Kannada; only two days ease a week

Bhatkal: 23 May 2021 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Due to a rise in Corona cases in the district, Uttar Kannada Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan declared an exemption in the district from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. just two days a week beginning tomorrow. According to a press release from the deputy commissioner, due to the increasing number of corona cases in the district, there will now be a break for the purchase of essential products on Tuesday and Friday mornings, two days a week, from May 24 to June 7. For the next few days, the city will be completely shut down. It is now permissible to sell imported goods to the public from door to door. It should be remembered that all forms of rides have been prohibited, with the exception of medical and emergency situations.
