State Intelligence submits report on Paresh Mesta case to government; says BJP want to keep the matter in the limelight

Honnavar 16 Dec 2017: As Jagadish Shettar and Eshwarappa are all set to join the protest in Honnavar on Dec 18 against the alleged murder of 18 year old Paresh Mesta, State Intelligence submitted its report on Paresh Mesta alleged murder case to the state government wherein the state intelligence has mentioned that the BJP wants to keep the case in the limelight with its sight set on the 2018 assembly elections in the state.
The report also mentions that the Honnavar Police had registered the FIR even before the detailed post-mortem report was out, only based on the complaint of Paresh's father Kamalakar, a case of Murder was registered. Other sections in the case include IPC section 302, 143, 147, 148 and 201 which were all registered before the post mortem report was available.
